saving weight is a must...rear subframe

I went to Kempton Park autojumble and found by chance a rear subframe. I have no idea yet how to fit it...got it as an impulse buy for 10quid.. but should not be a problem though adding brackets to it etc. Its all Aluminum incredibly light. Its from a Honda Xr650. I intend cutting the trx frame as the rear end is not needed and probably weighs as much as the front part....not going to be carrying any passengers.

sunday...engine out....still got to sort the exhaust out.still stuck solid, may destroy them in the process of getting them away from the cylinder head...a real pain in the back side I hate corrosion......thats why one should always keep a bike covered or clean or garaged......

will probably go for a 2 into 1 from projection components.co.uk...nice 50mm diam pipes.
